L V Films Refund Policy

Overview

L V Films operates on a project-based service model involving creative development, planning, production, post-production, and collaboration with third-party vendors. As a result, project resources are allocated immediately upon project confirmation.

Advance Payments & Refund Eligibility

Payments made towards projects may be eligible for a partial refund only if work has not commenced and absolutely no third-party commitments have been made. Once creative development, scripting, pre-production, production, post-production, design, editing, animation, music production, vendor booking, talent engagement, equipment reservation, travel arrangements, or any other project-related activity has commenced, payments shall be considered non-refundable.

Project Cancellation

In the event of project cancellation by the client after commencement, the client shall remain responsible for all work completed, committed resources, third-party costs, talent fees, travel expenses, equipment rentals, vendor charges, and other non-recoverable expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation. If the costs incurred by L V Films exceed the advance paid, the client will be billed for the outstanding balance.

Delayed Payments

Failure to meet payment milestones may result in an immediate pause on production or post-production services. We reserve the right to withhold deliverables until financial obligations are met.

Taxes & Charges

Banking fees, payment gateway charges, foreign exchange charges, intermediary bank deductions, taxes, and government levies (including GST) are strictly non-refundable.

Processing

Any approved refund (in the rare event of a pre-commencement cancellation) shall be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method wherever feasible.

Project-Specific Agreements

For project-specific payment schedules, cancellation terms, refund eligibility, ownership rights, usage rights, deliverables, and commercial arrangements, the executed quotation, estimate, proposal, statement of work, purchase order, or project agreement shall prevail over this Refund Policy to the extent of any inconsistency.
